Getting started

Useful tips to help you complete the online application:

  1. Keep your email safe - the email holds a link to the online application portal. This is your link to the online application throughout this process.
  2. Saving your work - You must click on the button to save any work you complete. You can save and return at any time.

    It is completely up to you, which order you complete the modules.

  3. Adding more information - If you would like to add any additional information to your application, this can be captured on each module by clicking on
  4. Submitting modules - Once the module is completed click on the button. Once submitted the module will grey out meaning it is locked and no further changes can be made. However, Transitions can reopen the module on request.
  5. Printing the modules - Once a module is submitted, you are able to print the modules for your record keeping. The icon will be visible once submitted.
  6. Further support - To assist in the completion of the application click on the Support drop down box for FAQ’s, a User Guide, and contact details for Transitions.

What supporting documentation will I need?

While completing the application, you will be required to upload a variety of documents. Some documents are available with the modules to download, complete and upload; others will need to be provided by you.

  • CV Check Consent Form
  • 100 points of identification
  • Photo of yourself holding your ID
  • CPD training register – Two years of your Training Register in csv or excel format
  • FASEA statement of results (orginal pdf)
  • Resume
  • Education qualifications - completion certificates and transcripts
  • Adviser codes with product providers
  • Audit reports
  • Direct Debit Authority
  • Consent form to contact your current/previous AFSL

TIP: We suggest you prepare and save copies of all your supporting documents in an easy to locate file, ready to upload to the module when required.
